Diversity & Equity in Education with an emphasis in Human Resource Development (DE:HRD) track is designed for practitioners who are especially interested in understanding and using transformative approaches to issues related to diversity and equity in the workplace. This area of study features the introduction of an interdisciplinary approach that covers the intersection of disability, race, gender, sexual orientation, social class, and poverty.
