Flexible IPL LLM Program

For more than 40 years, the UNH School of Law, and its Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property, have been global pioneers in hands-on intellectual property (IP) education. Our flexible online 24 credit IP LLM focuses on patent law and can be completed full-time or part-time.

  • Full-time program must complete degree in 12 months.
  • Part-time online students must complete the degree within three years.

UNH is ranked No. 5 for IP law by U.S. News and World Report  and has been ranked in the top 10 for more than two decades.

Among the possible types of IP careers, patent law is unique. The value of patents is primarily determined by the scope of claims granted by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO). Be a part of the most respected and comprehensive patent law program in the nation.
